The Property People is the only Real Estate company which charges a flat rate of 1.65% for the complete sales process with no advertising, marketing, signage and administration fees.
RENTALS
Servicing all of Greater Adelaide, our Property Management service is geared around providing the best result for you, the Landlord, and the growth and protection of your investment.
We achieve this by structuring our property management services around a unique business model, one that Amy, the principal developed herself.
Our property managers are also ‘Business Partners’ who take ownership of their portfolio (have a vested interest) and are remunerated accordingly.
While most property managers would typically manage 100 to 150 properties, our typical portfolio consists of 20 to 30 select properties, ensuring a higher level of service.
You can be confident that your valuable asset is being managed by committed, engaged, passionate professionals.
Amy Dutoit
The Property People is the brain child of Amy Dutoit, a mum of two, a qualified accountant and a passionate Real Estate Agent.
Specialising in everything from median house price to million dollar properties, Amy offers a unique brand of marketing, strategy and buyer insight through The Property People. As an added bonus, she is also able to give you property tax tips.
Amy was born in Adelaide and currently resides in the City of Tea Tree Gully Council area.
Narelle Haigh
Narelle is a well seasoned Property Manager with over 18 years of experience managing residential and commercial properties all over Adelaide, from single dwelling properties to multi storey apartment blocks.
Further to this Narelle demonstrating a thorough understanding and passion for the property industry as she has over 18 years’ experience successfully managing her own investment property portfolio, as well as over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry adding another layer of unique expertise, and understanding of the financial aspects of investing.
